Your Instructor

Bill Mogolov brings energy, clarity and fun to every classroom he enters. As a substitute teacher at Valley High School in West Des Moines, Iowa, he has connected with students of all backgrounds, sparking curiosity and making complex topics accessible.
He has also taught at the Iowa Correctional Institute for Women, where he saw firsthand how education can empower, inspire, and transform lives.
Through the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Drake University, Bill has led courses on artificial intelligence, guiding adult learners in discovering how emerging tools can be applied to everyday life in practical, meaningful ways. His teaching style blends warmth, clarity,  real-world examples, and fun that resonates with learners of all ages.
Now, as the founder of Iowa AI Academy, Bill combines his classroom experience and passion for technology and artificial intelligence to help total beginners explore AI with confidence. His mission is simple: to show people how AI can simplify tasks, unlock creativity, and open doors to new opportunities.
